Holidays - payment is full is required at time of reservation. Your deposit
may be paid by credit card or a check received within 7 days of making
the reservation, all deposits are non-refundable. Tax not included on
any stated rates; all rates are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All rates are per person
stated, any extra will be billed accordingly. Check out time is 10:00
a.m., late check out without prior approval will be charged for another
day. X Diamond Ranch & X Diamond Ranch LLC will not be held responsible
for accidents or loss of property. NO pets allowed. Any pets found will
be charged $25.00 per day per pet!
